About Bitcoin

BTC is the first digital currency that is developed. Open for all with Internet access, Bitcoin network is supposed to be unintrusive, allowing people to use it freely without fear of encroaching borders or being censored. In the past years, Bitcoin has established itself as a suitable store of value, as a method for monetary exchanges, and as a standard for the entire crypto economy. It's highly popular for one reason because the code is open source, so anyone can see, view, and can interact with it; it comes with a robust security system to safeguard users. This has led to the development of a whole cryptocurrency industry and contributed significantly to the cryptocurrency market. The bitcoins are generated from solving a cryptographic challenge and verifying transactions using something referred to as proof-of-work (PoW). But, there is a fixed ceiling for coins in BTC which will be issued and circulated at all times! At present, Bitcoin is the biggest cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization, while Ethereum, being the second largest cryptocurrency right after Bitcoin, was the second cryptocurrency developed after Bitcoin.
