Oro raises USD 3M to turn DeFi complexity into simple conversations

Oro announced the closing of a $3 million strategic funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $4 million. The round was co-led by MH Ventures and Mapleblock Capital, with participation from M2M Capital, Archer Capital, X21 Digital, and follow-on backing from Disrupt.com and ZIGLabs.

The agentic finance shift

The funding arrives as the industry shifts from static conversational artificial intelligence toward user-authorized, intent-based execution. Instead of navigating fragmented decentralized finance interfaces,

On these terms, Oro lets users state financial goals in plain text; the system converts those prompts into complete multi-step transaction routes.

The platform is live on Ethereum, Solana, and ZIGChain, with integrations across Morpho, Kamino, Lido, Aave, Uniswap, and Raydium.

Oro has secured USD 3 million in a strategic funding round co-led by MH Ventures and Mapleblock Capital to scale its natural-language AI platform that converts plain-text financial instructions into multi-step DeFi execution.

Building the shield engine and execution stack

So far, Oro plans to deploy the $3 million across four pillars. A significant portion will advance its proprietary Shield Engine and natural-language execution stack, ensuring autonomous agentic actions remain within user-defined parameters. The rest will scale global marketing and user acquisition, build compliance frameworks around “policy-guarded autonomous custody,” and expand engineering, AI research, and business development teams for business-to-business enterprise integrations.

The whole “non-custodial” setup is the heart of it. It means users are always in control; every single move the system makes needs a digital signature. Nothing happens unless you say so.

This is important for the following reason: so far, wallet compromises, not code-level exploits, have been the largest category of Web3 losses in the first half of 2026, at $444 million, although they are less frequent than smart contract hacks.

Real users, real milestones

Oro’s traction suggests product-market fit. The platform has onboarded over 350,000 unique active users across more than 80 languages. A recent educational campaign backed by Amazon Web Services saw over 250,000 verified user completions; on the other hand, a live initiative with Ondo Finance generated over 50,000 completions within its first 24 hours.

Also, the company has already processed over $720 million in mainnet volume and onboarded over 400,000 wallets. Over the next 6 to 12 months, Oro aims to reach 10 million active users, roll out native iOS and Android apps, and establish itself as the primary B2B and B2C intent routing layer for third-party protocols.
