Rain (RAIN) is a prediction market protocol on Arbitrum. It serves developers, creators, and users who want to launch markets around events without central approval. The protocol lets users create, trade, and resolve custom markets through permissionless tools. Rain provides an SDK for teams building forecasting platforms. It rewards market creators with part of the trading volume, so builders can earn from activity. The system uses automated market makers to price markets as users trade positions. Rain uses an AI oracle called Delphi to resolve public market outcomes. Delphi verifies event outcomes via a multi-agent system, and it has a dispute system. If there are disputes, an AI judge will decide, with a potential escalation to a human oracle. RAIN enables governance and incentivizes the platform. Rain charges a 5% market volume fee, 2.5% of which goes to buybacks and burns. The remaining fees support creators, liquidity providers, and resolvers.
