Kite (KITE) is the native token of Kite AI, an EVM-compatible Layer 1 network built for AI-agent activity. The project aims to give autonomous agents and users a shared blockchain layer for payments, coordination, identity, and governance. Its design focuses on low-cost transactions and controlled access between users, agents, and sessions. KITE fits into that system as the main economic token. It is expected to support staking, validator or delegation rewards, governance votes, ecosystem incentives, and access to network services.  Public materials also describe future use around AI service fees, module liquidity, builder programs, and user rewards. That makes KITE more of an infrastructure token than a simple payments asset. Its role depends on how the Kite mainnet and agent economy develop. If adoption grows, users may use KITE to secure the network, join ecosystem programs, pay or route fees, and participate in future decisions.
