Sei Network is Layer-1 blockchain aimed at providing fast trading capabilities and other financial operations. The native cryptocurrency of Sei Network is called SEI. The blockchain provides its operation through the optimization of transaction execution for exchanges, trading applications, and other high-frequency cases requiring fast confirmation. Sei is a performance-oriented network with possibilities of parallelization and low latency settlements, which allows it to work faster with market transactions compared to general blockchains.
