Olympus is a decentralized finance protocol built around its own token, OHM. The team wants OHM to become a reserve currency for the crypto world. OHM also doubles as a governance token, so if you hold it, you get a say in how Olympus grows and changes. The whole thing runs on a treasury full of reserve assets. This treasury backs the value of OHM and keeps the protocol ticking along.  Olympus doesn’t go for a fixed peg like traditional stablecoins. Instead, it relies on bonding, staking, and smart treasury management. These help keep liquidity strong, connect users with the protocol, and let OHM’s supply expand steadily instead of exploding out of control. If you stake your OHM, you earn more OHM. If you bond assets, you get OHM at a discount over time. At its core, Olympus tries to build a self-sustaining monetary system where the community owns it and, together, decides its future.
