Securitize has just announced the launch of the new Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, or HINC for short, which marks Neuberger Berman’s very first tokenized fund in which they are acting as the subadvisor. This fund is going to focus primarily on high-yield bonds, collateralized loan obligations, various leveraged loans, and a whole range of other income-generating fixed-income investments.

Neuberger, with over $600 billion in assets, brings decades of fixed-income expertise to the strategy.

How HINC brings fixed income onchain

Securitize’s regulated platform handles issuance, transfer agency, and fund administration for HINC. Securitize Capital LLC serves as investment adviser, while Securitize Markets, LLC distributes the fund to eligible accredited investors and qualified purchasers, subject to Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering checks and jurisdictional requirements.

This launch builds on Securitize’s thrust following its New York Exchange debut on July 2 and its Securities and Exchange Commission registration as an investment adviser last month. The firm reported record Q1 revenue of $19.5 million, up 40 percent year-over-year, with $3.4 billion in tokenized assets under management.

“The tokenized fund brings Neuberger’s established fixed income capabilities to public blockchains. Launching HINC across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui gives eligible investors access through four leading blockchain networks, supported by Securitize’s regulated, end-to-end tokenization platform,” said Carlos Domingo, CEO of Securitize.

How Securitize’s SEC registration unlocked this product

The launch was only possible because Securitize Capital secured SEC registration as an investment adviser in July 2026.

For more clarity, this regulatory milestone allows the firm to serve as an investment adviser for tokenized funds, a role that traditionally required separate registered entities. Now, with this green light, Securitize can handle tokenized fund structures itself instead of hiring outside help for advisory tasks.

The HINC launch is the first major product since that registration, demonstrating how regulatory clarity directly accelerates institutional tokenization and opens doors for traditional managers like Neuberger to enter the space.

Investors reacted swiftly to the announcement, sending Securitize’s stock up approximately 8,5 percent to $5.85 during Tuesday’s trading session. Shares actually bounced back from lows of around $5.25 earlier in the day, gaining steam as the market started to realize what Neuberger Berman joining the tokenized fund space really meant.

The price jump shows people are feeling good about Securitize landing big asset managers, especially coming off their big NYSE debut in July and those record Q1 revenue numbers of $19.5 million.
