About Raydium

Raydium is a decentralized exchange and Automated Market Maker (AMM) operating on the Solana blockchain. It is an exchange protocol that enables quick and inexpensive token swaps as well as provides liquidity services to traders. It is a hybrid protocol due to its ability to incorporate AMM trading features together with access to the order book through OpenBook, providing users greater liquidity and more favorable rates compared to pure AMM systems. The platform uses its native token, which is known as RAY, to support operations and reward participants within the network. This decentralized exchange is used by traders for token swap transactions, addition of assets into liquidity pools, and for earning revenue by participating in yield farming, as well as for staking of RAY and the utilization of the AcceleRaytor platform, the launchpad for Solana projects.
