Falcon Finance (FF) is the native cryptocurrency of the Falcon Finance protocol, which is a Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocol that utilizes collateralization, synthetic assets, and yield generation. To explain further, once you deposit a supported cryptocurrency into Falcon Finance, the protocol produces a synthetic asset called the USDf, which is an over-collateralised synthetic dollar, and there is a second synthetic asset called the sUSDf that provides for the ability to earn yield from holding it. The goal is to have your cryptocurrency be utilized beyond simply being in your wallet, so that you can begin using your deposits as earners for the creation of new synthetic assets while still earning yield on them. The FF token is used by individuals to participate in governance (through voting), to stake their tokens and be rewarded for doing so with USDf and sUSDf and to earn rewards and other benefits from multiple opportunities throughout the ecosystem.  Ultimately, Falcon Finance converts idle assets into productive assets that can back stable coins and provide incentives for protocol participants. As a DeFi protocol, Falcon Finance combines the concepts of synthetic assets, community-based governance and staking into a single ecosystem.
