The markets have started to move; crypto, stocks, and gold are moving in unison, as the fear and greed index turns neutral, and investors are ready to take more risk. As investor risk appetite has returned, Bitcoin has broken out from a bull flag and aims to hit $70,000.
Crypto, stocks and gold markets start moving together
The crypto, stock, and gold markets have started to move parallelly, showing one of the strongest combined growths in weeks. Since the beginning of this week, Bitcoin has gained nearly 5%, while the S&P 500 has added 3%, and gold is up 7.5%.
As the growth happens, even the sentiment of the investors has started to get better. The risk appetite of the trader is back as the fear and greed index indicator has reached a neutral stage.
Market moves out of fear
The Fear and Greed Index measures overall investor sentiment and risk appetite in the crypto market. A move toward the neutral or greed zones indicates that investors are becoming more confident and are increasingly willing to take on risk, which could encourage more capital to flow into cryptocurrencies and support prices.
On the other hand, a reading in the fear or extreme fear zones suggests that investors are becoming more cautious due to uncertainty and may reduce their exposure to risky assets, potentially increasing selling pressure.

The fear and greed index indicator has reached this neutral level after almost 2 months. The last time the market was neutral was back in the last week of May. As the market sentiment gets better, Bitcoin has broken out from a bullish flag after forming the flagpole and the flag itself.
Bitcoin targets $70,000

Now that the BTC has completed forming the bull flag and the breakout has already happened, the next target BTC would be aiming at is $70,000. This target is mentioned as a breakout from a bull flag and is expected to rally by the height of the flagpole.
